Revisit with
me now the remaining communities referenced previously in
earlier Parts of my ongoing article, Active Adult 4 Less,
as we review 5 exceptional communities in 5 great states.
DELAWARE:
Have you discovered the 55 and over community of
Southern Meadow in Magnolia, Delaware? Billed as Delaware’s
most affordable 55 plus community, they are offering brand new
single family (manufactured) homes starting as low as the $120’s
complete with a garage and maintenance free living!
 GEORGIA: Situated just 66 miles away from Atlanta in the
foothills
of the Blue Ridge Mountains near the Chattahoochee
National Forest is the age-targeted luxury community of
Montaluce. Not only does the development have a Tuscan
inspired winery, you can also dine at their Le Vigne
Restaurant - or drop in on a ‘class’ at their Wine University.

 ARIZONA: If you love sunshine, take a look at this amazing
community in my home state!
Province is a desert oasis found in Maricopa, Arizona (just
south of the Greater Phoenix Metroplex) where you will enjoy
over 300 days of sunshine every year and fee simple single
family home ownership in a 55 and over resort lifestyle
community from just $131,900.
TEXAS: A really great find is the community of
Sun City Texas in Georgetown (just 27 miles from
Austin). T he focus on Sun City communities has always been
amenities and Sun City Texas has got plenty of them! After all,
you’re not just buying a home – you’re buying into a lifestyle,
and Oh! What a lifestyle they have to offer!!
New homes are
currently priced from $152,990 and resale homes are going from
